Things i want to see in Fallout 4

So we've seen the trailer for fallout 4 and many people have done breakdown trailers of what to expect but this list is the features i wish they'd add even thought i know they probably wont. Yes i know some of them dont make sense to the storyline or settings but i just think they'd mix the game up a bit!

NO VAT system

The VAT system was fallout 3's main combat technique and if im honest, it was a little boring. Theres nothing like watching super mutants heads explode but, watching a mini bullet time camera do it for me wasn't the same. Id like to do it myself for once and get more joy from the kills and yes i know you didn't have to use it but it was the easy way out and taking the feature out all together means learning how to shoot like a man!

Multiple companions or gangs

companions in a game like Fallout or Skyrim can make the difference of life and death in most cases and most of the time just an extra backpack to carry all those potions or ammo you defiantly will need at some point in the future.. NO I DONT HAVE A HOARDING PROBLEM! But wouldn't it be great if they served a real purpose? A gang? a partner you'd have to train up? imagine walking around with matching armour and taking out a group of gouls for a couple of caps. Make the AI a little less janky and they'll fit right in!

Build-able homes DLC

This ideas steams completely from the Skyrim expansion, Hearthfire. To date one of the best DLC's for a game and that is solely because of the freedom to design! A house in fallout wouldn't fit into the story you say? why not? build a shack to store items and rest or sqaut in a burning out building with some make-shift doors? THAT would be an amazing DLC and id be the first to buy it!

A much better gear and upgrade system

now there's always been something that puts me off fallout games and thats the gear and guns, how very plain and boring they are for the first 20ish levels until you get power armour. The elder scrolls games have hundreds of gear to collect and maybe fallout could do with a touch of that? a bunch of mad max style plate armours with tiers and the entire upgrading system to the guns. Im just saying it'd make finding loot a lot more worth the time it took in fallout 3.

Race choices

Yes i said it. I WANNA PLAY AS A GOUL. i want race choices just like Skyrim, I'm not saying i wanna play as a bug-snake type thing but just a few choices to change fallouts character creator up?
Each coming with perks, just like in Skyrim to help certain players get their play style
