Dark Souls 3 Gameplay trailer from Gamescon2015!

Brand new footage from this years Gamescon has shown us first gameplay of the much anticipated Dark Souls 3! The trailer shows of some of the gigantic bosses that many thought were missing from 2 and some of the fantastic moves you will be able to pull of with certain weapons! As a Dark Souls fan I'm super excited to see the return of large scale monter battles rather than battles with dudes in armor!  Watch the trailer here and make sure to leave comments below letting me know what you think about the gameplay!

Quantum Break Gameplay trailer and release date announced!

Xbox's 2015 Gamescon conference has brought us some great news for the upcoming exclusive title to XboxOne, Quantum Break. We have been shown a 5 Minute game play trailer unlike the previous trailers shown before as well as a release date confirmed by developers Remedy.

The time control gameplay was just breath taking and showed off alot of the core gameplay features such as ultra speed and time bubbles that freeze enemy's. The type of gameplay really reminds me of quicksilver from both X-men and Avengers with the ultra fast combat using barley any weapons and focus hand to hand combat and that really paths away to how you want to play the game.

The title was previously set to release 2015 but Microsoft had delayed it to focus on some 1st party games such as Halo: Guardians and Forza and now has a release date of April 5th 2016.

Watch the new Deadpool Trailer.. trailer. Teaser for upcoming movie trailer that breaks the 4th wall!

20th century fox has released a trailer for the upcoming trailer for the New Deadpool film. Breaking the 4th wall is kind of Deadpools thing and he doesn't stop now talking about Ryan Reynolds who is the actor portraying the character. The trailer is very short but gives us just a glimpse of the type of comedy the film will include.

SGDQ passes 1.2M in donations towards Doctors without borders!

Starting on the 26th of July Games Done Quick, a group of gamers dedicated to completing games as fast as they can, held their summer event to help raise funds for charity. The group has held the event in years before but didn't quite raise as much money as this year.

Some of the games that were completed were great classic titles and some god awful trash but all-in-all the stream was a delight to watch and never got dull with the likes of Majoras Mask being "ran" as well as Shadow the Hedgehog and many more.

Although the event is over now money will continue to roll in from more sponsors and donations but as of writing the total sits at $1,230,852 which is amazing to say the least! Tune in next year and make sure you support the guys and their great help to the charity.

Terraria comes to the WiiU and 3DS

Its no doubt you've heard about Minecraft making its way onto every possible platform with at least 8 pixels, However the only systems to be left out of this movement was the WiiU and 3DS. It was sort of a weird choice for them to not be included as Nintendo have a good reputation for putting light on indie games. Anyhow, back in 2011 Re-Logic developed a 2D style survival adventure game similar to that of Minecraft and this got just as popular. Terraria will be the first of the 2 to to make it to the Nintendo systems and will make use of the 2nd screen.

The game will support touch screen inventory on both systems and have online and local multiplayer of up to 8 on the WiiU and 4 on the 3DS. No news was given about the version the game will ship with but my guess is pre 1.3.

Mafia 3 finally happening!

Tuesday brought us the announcement of the sequel to the 1940's mobster action/adventure RPG. 2K games UK announced Mafia 3 via twitter picture and explained the game would to be shown at Gamescon in August! The picture shown to us was of 5 people in a empty yard backlit by cars like in popular Mafia style films! Many have been waiting for this game since the release of Mafia 2, a brilliant game with stunning graphics and mechanics, for last gen consoles!
